Lawn & Leaf Site Policy
1. TOWN RESIDENTS ONLY!! You must purchase a Lawn & Leaf Permit at the Town Clerk’s Office or at the site. The cost is $10.00 and is good for the 2008 Season. The permit must be put on the outside of the Driver’s side rear window
2. The site is schedule to open on April 19, 008. It is located at Valley View Farm, 2560 Route 203 in the Town of Kinderhook. The Hours of Operation are Saturdays 8:00 am - 2:30 pm. Closed on Holidays.
3. Shrubs and small trees should not exceed an average of 4 inches in diameter.
4. Absolutely NO foreign matter should be mixed with lawn and garden waste.
5. Citizens are encouraged to report any person violating the rules.
