ATTORNEY, TOWN

ARTICLE I
Compensation

The salary for the Town Attorney(s) of the Town of Kinderhook is to be established from time to time by resolution of the Town Board. Such salary shall compensate the Town Attorney(s) for services to the Town Board, the Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals for the rendering of routine legal advice to such Boards. In addition, the Town Attorney(s) shall be compensated for additional work at an additional hourly rate fixed from time to time by resolution of the Board for the performance of the following services: representing the Town of Kinderhook in all litigation in Town, Justice, County, Supreme, Federal and all Appellate Courts, including actual court appearances and all matters in preparation for such litigation.
