BOATS

~ 31-1. Speed.
No boat propelled by gasoline, steam, sail or any other motor power shall be operated at a greater rate of speed than forty (40) miles per hour during the period from one-half (1/2) hour before sunrise to one-half (1/2) hour after sunset, nor more than five (5) miles per hour during the period from one-half (1/2) hour after sunset to one-half (1/2) hour before sunrise on Kinderhook Lake within the boundaries of the Town of Kinderhook.
~ 31-2. Penalties for offenses.
A person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation and fined fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned for a term of ten (10) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
